The Corporate
Ground Checklist.

What to require of any ground-transportation vendor — the eight things that separate a managed program from a car you hope shows up. It's our own operating standard; useful even if you never call us.

The checklist

Eight things to require before you trust a vendor with your people.

  1. A certificate of insurance on request

Why it matters. Procurement and duty-of-care policy need it on file — and a late-night ask shouldn't turn into a scramble.

How LuxeRide meets it$1M commercial coverage on every vehicle, COI issued on request, your company named as additional insured.

  2. An on-time standard with a real mechanism

Why it matters. Everyone claims "reliable" and proves nothing. A standard without a mechanism behind it is a slogan.

How LuxeRide meets it99.9% on-time, measured against actual flight landing — flight tracking, a 15-minute buffer, and a named backup chauffeur. More than 15 minutes late means 20% off the next ride.

  3. A signed NDA per chauffeur

Why it matters. Sensitive conversations happen in the car — deals, hires, numbers. Discretion has to be policy, not a favor.

How LuxeRide meets itEvery chauffeur signs an NDA. Discretion is policy — what's said in the car stays there.

  4. Real driver vetting

Why it matters. An unvetted contractor is a liability carried in your company's name.

How LuxeRide meets itEvery chauffeur is background-checked and fully licensed. No contractors.

  5. The same named chauffeurs

Why it matters. Continuity means they learn how you travel; a rotating pool never does.

How LuxeRide meets itA small, named circle drives your account every trip — not "next available."

  6. Consolidated billing and Net-30

Why it matters. Per-ride receipts are an accounts-payable nightmare across a whole travel program.

How LuxeRide meets itOne monthly invoice, cost-center detail, Net-30.

  7. One dedicated contact

Why it matters. During a disruption you need someone who already knows the account — not a call center starting from zero.

How LuxeRide meets itOne named point of contact who answers directly.

  8. Redundancy and long-distance capability

Why it matters. A small team can be a single point of failure — and some trips an app simply can't hold.

How LuxeRide meets itA named backup behind every ride, with a swap protocol — plus door-to-door long-distance up to about ten hours (NYC, DC, Atlanta, Nashville).
